Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been sent with the courier, a reroute request will have to be made. This will delay your delivery and attract an additional courier charge.
If your order is still in processing, we can update your details. Contact Customer Care for assistance

Can I cancel my order?
Regrettably confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been processed. Once you have received your order, you can log a return. For assistance Contact Us

How long before I receive my order?
We usually pack your order in two days. Courier to main centers take 3-5 days. Remote or outlying areas can take 7 days.

How do I apply the coupon code?
At checkout enter the coupon code (copy and paste is best) into the field, then press the “Apply coupon”
Coupon codes usually apply to specific categories and every item in your cart may not qualify. If you experience problems with your coupon Contact Us

The size I want is not showing in the dropdown menu?
Sorry, the size is sold out and we list all available variations online.

How do I track my order? 
We use both Fastway and Worldnet. Track Fastway orders here

How do I log a return or exchange request?
Within 7 days of receipt of your order, Contact Us with your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange.

I receive a flawed item, what do I do?
We apologize in advance in the unlikely event this has happened to you. Contact Us with within 14 days with your order number and a photograph of the item. Arrangements will be made to collect and redeliver a replacement to you at no charge.

How do I return an item to you?
Feel free to send your return back to us using your own courier. If you require us to collect, a collection fee will apply as well as a re-delivery fee.

I purchased a Hoolies garment at one of your outlets, can I return it to you?
Contact the outlet that you purchased the item from. Hoolies online only accepts returns or exchanges for items bought on www.hoolies.co.za

When will I be refunded ?
Refunds under R300, a store credit will be issued.
Refunds over R300 will be refunded via your original method of payment.
Refunds will be made within 7-10 days after goods have been inspected and courier fees deducted.

I have a short delivery, what now?
Missing or short items:
Check that your parcel has not been tampered with. If it has, take a photo and  Contact customer care straight away. Claims for shortages have to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. After this, we will be unable to assist, replace missing items or claim from insurance.
