Agreement to Terms
By registering or purchasing from Hoolies online, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, including the Returns and Tax Policy. You also consent to receive electronic invoices from us.

Price Accuracy
We strive for accuracy in our pricing. If an error occurs, we’ll correct it promptly and inform affected customers of the correct price.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

  • Submit your request within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • Once approved, we can arrange a courier pickup upon request, or you may use your own courier service (excluding post office and locker couriers).
  • For returns, we will provide the address to deliver to.

Place a new order for the correct sizes. Note that courier fees will apply for new deliveries.

  • After inspection, if the return is accepted, we’ll process your refund within 10 days, minus any applicable courier fees.
  • If using your own courier, you’re responsible for the items until they’re received by Hoolies with a signed waybill.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days if they’re unsuitable.
  • Defective items are eligible for exchange up to 30 days from receipt (we cover collection and re-delivery).
  • Orders must be placed on www.hoolies.co.za.
  • Items must be unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

Non-Qualifying Items

  • Products purchased from other websites or outlets.
  • Pre-order, sale, and items bought with coupon codes.
  • Gifts (the original purchaser should initiate the return).
  • Used or damaged items.

Flawed Items

  • Flawed items are eligible for collection and re-delivery at no charge.
  • If collected items are not flawed, a fee will apply.
  • Please read item descriptions carefully; customer oversights are not considered flaws.
  • Color discrepancies due to screen variations are not considered flaws.
  • Incorrect sizes or fit issues are not considered defects; please consult our Size Chart before ordering.
  • Defective items reported after 30 days will be addressed according to the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, considering fair wear and tear within 6 months.

ORDER TERMS
Delivery Details

  • Delivery costs vary by region and are calculated at checkout, excluding VAT.
  • Delivery times may extend during sales or pre-order periods; check item descriptions for estimates.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details.
  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times.
  • No deliveries to P.O. Boxes.
  • If you miss a delivery, re-delivery surcharges may apply.
  • If you refuse delivery or are not present, return fees and a handling charge will apply.
  • Courier fees for returns are approximately R65.00, depending on the service.

Pre-Order Terms

  • Pre-orders require upfront payment and cannot be canceled or amended.
  • Expected shipping dates are estimates and subject to change.
  • In case of unforeseen delays or non-delivery of pre-order materials, a full refund will be issued.

Additional Information

  • Goods in transit remain your responsibility until received by Hoolies.
  • Report any tampering or missing items within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Hoolies includes 15% VAT in all prices.
