By finalising a pre-order at checkout, you’re agreeing to the following terms, which are an integral part of our sales conditions:
- Immediate Payment: All pre-orders must be paid for when you check out.
- Final Sale: Once you’ve placed a pre-order, we can’t cancel or change it because we make these items exclusively for you.
- Estimated Delivery: We aim to ship pre-order items within 2 weeks as listed on the product page, but please note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Communication on Delays: If there’s a delay beyond the expected shipping time, we’ll let you know via email.
- Refunds for Unforeseen Issues: In the rare event that we can’t deliver your pre-ordered fabric, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- Combined Orders: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together once your pre-order items are ready.
- Acceptance of Terms: Placing an order signifies your acceptance of these terms.
- Liability: Hoolies won’t be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions.
Returns Policy: We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on pre-order items, so please make sure to check the size chart before choosing your size.
