Pre-order, Sale, or Coupon deals or marked non-returnable.
Gifted, Used, Damaged, or Laundered items.
Flawed/Incorrect items
We sincerely apologise if you received a less-than-perfect item. If an item is defective, shipping fees do not apply. More here

Deliveries and exchanges are done from a central distribution facility serviced by our courier.
No returns, exchanges, or collection facilities are available at our factory.

How to Submit an Exchange Request
- Submit the form below, and place a new order for the new items/size(s).
You will be refunded once we receive and approve your return. - If you prefer to wait for your credit before re-ordering, we issue a store credit (less courier)
(once the goods have been received and checked by us (+-3 days) - Refunds are credited within +-7 days of receipt and approval by our warehouse (less courier collection costs)
