Items that qualify
Within 7 days of receipt, items ordered directly on www.hoolies.co.za, are returned in the same condition it was received by the customer.
Items that do not qualify
Pre-order, Sale, or Coupon deals or clearly marked non-returnable.
Gifted, Used, Damaged, or Laundered items.
Flawed/Incorrect items
We sincerely apologise if you received a less-than-perfect item. If an item is defective, shipping fees do not apply. More here

1- Fill out the form below.
2- Hoolies arranges collection: We will contact you to arrange a collection (+-R90 collection fee)
3- Customer arranges own courier: Details will be sent to you. (Note: only door-to-door courier returns are accepted)
Next steps:
- Once you have submitted your request, place a new order for the new items/size(s) you would like. You will be
refunded for the return once we receive and approve the return. - If you prefer to wait for your store credit before ordering your replacement, we will issue you with a store credit (less a courier collection fee) once the goods have been received and checked by us (+-3 days)
- If you require a refund, we will credit you to your payment method within +-7 days of receipt and approval by our warehouse (less courier collection costs)
