Items that qualify
- Goods ordered on www.hoolies.co.za with a valid order number can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt of items.
- Items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all tags still attached
Items that do not qualify
- Items purchased elsewhere such as another website or outlet.
- Pre-order, Sale, Coupon Deals Items and Masks or clearly marked non-returnable.
- Gifts – please ask the person who purchased on our site to put their request through.
- Used, damaged or laundered products.
- Items with flaws qualify for a no-charge collection and re-delivery
- Unfortunate customer oversights such as not seeing the full garment description does not qualify for no-charge collection and re-delivery.
- A flaw can only be confirmed upon receipt by the factory, if an item is not flawed, a collection fee applies.
Confirmation and Follow up
- Place a new order for the items you would like to replace to secure your chosen size(s).
- Using your own courier, please send to:

- If you opted for Hoolies to arrange a courier collection, we will send our courier to collect on a pre-arranged date.
- Hoolies will issue you with a store credit less courier once goods have been received and checked by our warehouse within 7-10 days
- If you require a refund, Hoolies will credit you to your payment method within 7-10 days of receipt and approval by our warehouse.
