Exchange and Returns Request

Hoolies is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and effortless refund process for your convenience.

Items that qualify
Within 7 days of receipt, ordered on hoolies.co.za, returned in the condition it was received by the customer.

Items that do not qualify
Pre-order, Sale or marked non-returnable. Gifted, used, damaged or laundered items.

Flawed/Incorrect items
We apologise if you received a damaged item. If an item is defective, collection and re-delivery fees are on us.

Important Information

  • Exchanges are not done automatically, a new order must be placed.
  • Refunds are calculated as follows:
    Nett Item Value paid (after discount, if applicable)
    Less Courier Collection Fee (if we collect)
    (Initial Courier fees are not refundable.)
  • Own Courier: Returns must be to our door. We do not collect from lockers or other depots.
  • No in person returns, exchanges, or collection facilities are available at our Durban factory.
  • Courier Fees are not refunded.

How to Submit a Return / Exchange Request

  1. Submit a Return: Fill out the return form. Then, place a new order for the items or sizes you want. Your refund will be processed after we receive and verify your returned item.
  2. Store Credit Option: If you’d rather use a store credit to reorder, we’ll issue it within +-3 days after we receive and inspect your return, minus the cost of return shipping. You can then order the item you want.
  3. Refund Timing: Expect your refund to be credited within about 7 days following our warehouse’s receipt and inspection of the return, with return shipping costs deducted
