What is a Pudo Locker Delivery?
Pudo is a courier service that utilizes secure lockers for parcel deliveries. They collect from us and drop it at a locker closest to you.

Step 1: On the checkout page, enter your delivery address and select your postal code.
Step 2: Add your preferred Pudo Locker location.
Step 2: Select PUDO at shipping section.

* R69 is for a standard size Pudo parcel (from our door to a locker) – if your order is larger, we will contact you with a quote for a larger parcel.
If you do not select a Pudo Locker location, Hoolies will select a locker closest to you.

How Locker to Locker Works
Once your parcel arrives at the locker, Pudo will notify you with a QR code, PIN code, and the Collection Locker address. Use the QR code or PIN to unlock the locker and retrieve your parcel. This method is convenient as it allows you to collect your parcel at any time, avoiding missed deliveries.
Important Information and Terms and Conditions
- Reservation Period: Choosing Door to Locker reserves a locker for 36 hours from the time your parcel is deposited. During this period, no one else can use that locker.
- Collection Deadline: You must collect your parcel within 36 hours. Failure to do so will result in cancellation with no refund. Hoolies is not responsible for uncollected parcels.
- Responsibility: It’s your responsibility to follow up on Pudo communications and collect your parcel on time. Hoolies will not refund the parcel or order value if you miss the collection window.
- Accurate Contact Information: Please ensure that the email address and cell number provided at checkout are accurate. Hoolies is not liable for missed locker deliveries due to incorrect contact information. Missed deliveries will incur return courier and handling fees of 15%.
Hoolies does not collect from Pudo Lockers for normal returned orders, whether initially delivered via Pudo or not. Locker drop off’s for returns must be marked for delivery to our door.
