Terms and Conditions of Promotions

Hoolies periodically have Flash sales and other promotions where items of clothing are sold at reduced prices.

The terms are set out below which is accepted when the customer registers and checks out their cart.

If there is anything that is unclear, please ask us to explain it to you before you accept the Terms and Conditions, continue using the Website, or place an online containing discounted goods.

  • By registering on the Hoolies website and/or or buying goods from Hoolies online, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, including the Returns and Tax Policy and Terms of Promotional sales events. You also agree that Hoolies will send invoices to you electronically.
  • If a displayed price contains an error, we are not bound by it after:
    1- Correcting the error as soon as it is identified in the advertised displayed price; and
    2- Taking all reasonable steps to inform the customers who ordered these items about the error and the correct price

Exchanges and Returns

In the event of coupon codes, the customer has to enter the code at checkout if certain minimum purchase amounts are met. Should a coupon code not be entered, a retrospective discount can not be applied to the order.

Items ordered on Sale or with Coupon Codes can not be exchanged or returned.

Flawed items will be collected and replaced at no cost to the customer within 30 days of purchase.

Black Friday and End of Season Clearance Sales

No exchanges or returns for refund or store credit will be accommodated during these periods
